A permission slip has your name on it
I get it. As an entrepreneur, your creative energy and unique vision are your superpowers. But when those superpowers get drained by operational details, everyone loses — including the people you're trying to serve.
THE HIDDEN COST OF DOING IT ALL YOURSELF:
Your briliant ideas and talents are your business' most valuable assets. But when you spend 15+ hours weekly on operational tasks, those gifts stay largely untapped.
Here's some math that might make you wince: At a conservative $150/hour value of your time as the business owner, that's $9,000/month potentially redirected from your zone of genius toward admin work that doesn't leverage your unique strengths. Ouch, right?
Plus:
Your creative flow gets constantly interrupted by switching between "visionary thinking" and "did I remember to send that invoice?" mode
The mental load of keeping track of everything leaves you feeling scattered and drained (you know that feeling when you lie sleepless in bed mentally running through your to-do list?)
The space for inspiration, deep work, and genuine connection with your audience shrinks when operational demands expand like some kind of business blob
THE BREATHING ROOM A DBM CREATES:
Reclaim not just 20-35 hours of your time weekly, but also your mental and emotional space to focus on the work that only you can do
Gain a partner who cares about your vision as much as you do but brings complementary skills (instead of someone who just nods along)
Experience the relief of systems that work with how your brain actually functions instead of forcing you into rigid structures that make you want to throw your laptop out the window
Feel confident knowing nothing important is falling through the cracks (no more 3am panic thoughts about whether you replied to that important email)
Build a business that can operate smoothly even during your vacations (actual vacations where you don't "quickly check Slack")
THE RIPPLE EFFECTS CLIENTS TYPICALLY NOTICE:
Significant reduction in operational overthinking within the first 30 days (less time spent lying awake wondering if you forgot something)
Projects that seemed to drag on forever suddenly finding their momentum
Team members who feel more supported and clear about their roles (fewer "wait, what am I supposed to be doing?" moments)
A newfound ability to be fully present — whether you're creating content, serving clients, or simply taking a day off without guilt
Unlike working with a VA who needs specific task assignments, our partnership means I'm actively thinking about your business even when you're prioritizing other things. I'm anticipating needs, solving problems before they become fires you need to put out, and building infrastructure that supports your vision for years to come.
Think of it this way: if your business were a road trip, I'm not just reading the map when you're lost—I'm planning the route, checking the car, and handling the logistics so you can focus on enjoying the journey and deciding where you want to explore next 🚌
My support packages range from $1,900 to $6,500 per month, depending on what you need and what level of support makes sense for where you are right now. (Head over to my Services & Packages section to see all the options)
I love finding creative solutions that fit your needs and resources. That's why I always start with a free chat to understand what you're actually looking for.
During our chat, we'll explore what works best for you:
I could be your dedicated right-hand woman (helping your team stay on track, leading projects, and making sure everything runs smoothly)
Or I could focus my energy on just one or two key projects at a time
Or something completely different that we figure out together

I’m based in the Philippines (GMT+8), but different timezones aren't a problem at all! We can definitely sync up hours that work for both of us once we decide to move forward together.
Honestly, sometimes different timezones are actually helpful — I can work on your stuff while you're sleeping, and you wake up to progress. It's like having a business fairy godmother, but with better project management skills.
I'm pretty flexible with tools, but here's what I prefer (and what tends to work really well):
Slack for any urgent messaging or when we need to have back-and-forth discussions (because email threads can get messy fast);
ClickUp or Asana for assigning tasks and project tracking (visual progress is satisfying for everyone);
Zoom for kick-off calls, progress reports, brainstorming sessions, check-in calls (because sometimes you just need to see faces and talk things through);
and Loom for walkthroughs and async feedback (when a 2-minute video explanation is worth a thousand confused emails).
I’m also handy with other tools such as Airtable, Notion, Canva, Figma, Whimsical, and GSuite. Basically, if it's a business tool that doesn't require a computer science degree to figure out, I can probably work with it.
Great question! This is one I get a lot.
A VA is wonderful for handling specific tasks from your to-do list — things like admin support, calendar management, email correspondence, customer service, or content uploads. They excel at task completion and can definitely lighten your daily workload. Think of them as really good at execution.
A DBM, however, becomes your true partner in business. When you're seeking someone who operates at a strategic level alongside you—someone to exchange ideas with, develop business strategies, provide gentle accountability, and who genuinely cares about your company's wellbeing and growth as deeply as you do — that's a DBM.
Your DBM becomes an extension of your business vision, not just completing tasks but actively contributing to how your business evolves and thrives. We bring both execution skills and strategic thinking, letting you release not just individual tasks but entire areas of your business into capable hands.
While a VA helps you check items off your list (which is valuable!), a DBM helps you transform the list itself — creating systems that align with your unique strengths and building operational foundations that support your bigger vision.
We're invested in your success at a fundamental level, bringing both practical support and strategic partnership to your entrepreneurial journey. It's less "here's your task list" and more "let's figure out how to make your business work better for you."
