Let me be a bit woo-woo for a moment. I'm into Human Design and Astrology (hear me out). They're like having a really good map when you're trying to figure out why you work the way you do.
It's not that I need these systems to tell me who I am. It's more like they give me words for things I already felt but couldn't explain.
Like why I work better at certain times or why some approaches just click for me and others don't.
They help me work with my natural energy instead of fighting it all the time. Not everyone's into this stuff, and that's fine! But for me? They're helpful.

I tend to notice patterns in how things connect (or where they're getting stuck). Sometimes I'll catch potential roadblocks early or spot opportunities we might want to explore together.
I like the big picture stuff, but I also need to know how we're actually going to make it happen. There's no point in having amazing ideas if they just sit there, you know?
My process is part logic, part gut feeling. I've learned not to force things. Instead, I wait for the right moment to share what I'm seeing. It works better that way — people are more open to hearing it.

We often hear that we need to be "on" all the time to be productive. I've learned (the hard way) that that's not how I work. I do better with focused bursts of energy. When I'm working on your stuff, you get my full attention, not whatever's left after I've spread myself thin.
I've figured out that sustainable progress beats burnout every time. I help people see what they might be missing instead of just telling them to try harder.
When I'm building something — like a system or framework — I think about whether it'll still be useful in six months. I don't like creating things that fall apart the moment you look away from them. I also dig deep into possibilities. I test things. I'm patient with the process.
Here's what really matters to me:
Authentic Recognition — I work best when people genuinely ask for my help, not when I'm pushing my way in
Thoughtful Systems — I need to understand how something works before I try to fix it
Collective Success — Good solutions should work for everyone involved
Strategic Innovation — I like finding the weird path that actually works better
Deep Listening — I really pay attention before I start giving advice
Intentional Risk — Some risks are worth taking, but I think about them first
Enduring Quality — I'd rather build something that lasts than chase whatever's trendy
I do my best work when you invite me in and actually want to hear what I have to say. I'll listen to what you're trying to build first. Then I'll share what I'm seeing—the paths forward that might not be obvious yet.
I ask questions that open things instead of closing them down. This way, we find opporunities you might not have considered while staying true to what you actually care about.

If you need someone who can look at complicated situations and help you see them more clearly—someone who notices both the details and the bigger picture—I'm here. We'll figure out the path forward together.

Hello! I'm Trish. A young millennial who when not working, you'll likely find building puzzles, assembling Ikea furniture (yes, I have a power drill and screw set to prove it!), playing spider solitaire, or solving sudoku. Home is the Philippines, and I have a serious case of wanderlust. My passport has collected stamps from some of my favorite places — Mount Fuji, Salamanca, Seoul, Zurich, LA. Being bilingual in Filipino and English comes in handy both for work and for ordering delicious food abroad. My lifelong goal is to be conversational in French, too!
